My personal story

A piece of home in the heart of Berlin

We opened this shop because we know how much you can miss the little things from home. For us, it was the unmistakable taste of a British biscuit, the comfort of a proper cup of tea or the simple pleasure of a familiar snack. With Broken English, we wanted to create a place where expats could find a piece of home – and where Berliners could discover the best aspects of British culture. Every product on our shelves has been carefully selected to bring a piece of Britain directly to Berlin.
